    Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract job with a client in Oakland, CA(Hybrid). This role involves analyzing requirements to create comprehensive test strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and validate code changes.

    Rate Range: $56/hour to $80/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Technical Lead job responsibilities include:

    • Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using modern frameworks such as Selenium to ensure software quality and reliability.

    • Analyze user stories and technical requirements to create detailed and effective test plans, including functional, integration, and regression tests.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to design test strategies and resolve defects.

    • Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members to ensure best practices in test automation and software development.

    • Continuously improve test frameworks and processes, integrating new tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

    • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical direction and quality standards of the team.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and test automation.

    • Proven expertise in designing and implementing automated test solutions using frameworks like Selenium.

    • Strong collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams to resolve defects and validate code changes.

    Pay Details: $56.00 to $80.00 per hour
