    Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a contract job with a client in San Francisco, CA. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks (PySpark), and migrating traditional ETL workloads to modern ELT architectures.

    Rate Range: $49/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Technical Lead job responsibilities include:

    • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business goals.

    • Oversee end-to-end implementation of data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, or application components, depending on the project scope.

    • Mentor and guide development teams, providing technical direction, code reviews, and support for best practices.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical strategies, and ensure timely delivery.

    • Ensure code quality, security, and performance through continuous integration, testing, and deployment practices.

    • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend tools or frameworks to improve system efficiency and team productivity.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

    • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.

    • Proven experience in leading end-to-end architecture and implementation of scalable cloud or data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).

    • Strong hands-on expertise in guiding teams, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to Agile development practices.

    Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
