    Akkodis is seeking a Technical Program Manager for a Contract job with a client in Austin, TX. Candidates must have hands-on expertise in deploying SD-WAN and hosted voice solutions, and in managing cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable architectures.

    Rate Range: $65/hour to 66/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Technical Program Manager job responsibilities include:

    • Lead complex IT transformation initiatives, acting as the technical authority and solution delivery architect from pre-sales through post-sales execution.

    • Develop and manage detailed technical and project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and minimizing scope creep.

    • Oversee large-scale SD-WAN deployments across hundreds of locations, including coordination of hardware, circuits, MPLS, and broadband services.

    • Design and document custom technical solutions for services such as Hosted Cloud Voice, Mobility, and Broadband Aggregation.

    • Collaborate with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and customer-focused technology solutions.

    • Mentor global technical teams and lead knowledge-sharing efforts on best practices in network design, implementation, and support.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

    • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in IT program management, with at least 5 years in technical leadership roles.

    • Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale SD-WAN and hosted voice deployments across geographically distributed environments.

    • Strong communication skills with demonstrated success in partnering with C-level executives and aligning technology solutions with business strategy.

    Pay Details: $65.00 to $66.00 per hour
