    Akkodis is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a Contract job with a client in Jersey City, NJ/ Pennington, NJ(Hybrid). You will lead infrastructure and security-related projects, including data center migrations and EOL programs, in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

     

    Rate Range: $61/hour to $66/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Technical Project Manager job responsibilities include:

    • Manage end-to-end technical projects including infrastructure provisioning, data center migrations, security initiatives, and End-of-Life (EOL) programs.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, to ensure adherence to server standards and infrastructure best practices.

    • Lead project meetings, communicate technical details effectively, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

    • Support capacity management tasks and ensure alignment with enterprise infrastructure standards.

    • Work closely with business and technology teams to build trusted relationships and deliver projects on time.

    • Oversee Linux builds, patching, upgrades, and support in both virtual and physical environments.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 3 years in Technical Project Management, preferably in infrastructure and enterprise environments.

    • Strong background in Linux systems, networks, storage, and data center technologies.

    • Experience with infrastructure tools and concepts such as Jira, virtualization, cloud platforms, DNS, Active Directory, and firewalls.

    Pay Details: $61.00 to $66.00 per hour
