Akkodis is seeking a Technical Writer for a Contract job with a client in Austin, TX(Hybrid). The candidate should have technical writing experience and a basic understanding of software development. Key duties include editing, organizing, and publishing content.
Rate Range: $55/hour to $61/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Technical Writer job responsibilities include:
Organizing and editing raw content for clarity and usability
Collaborating with developers to gather necessary content
Converting hand-drawn content to digital formats
Publishing content using internal and third-party tools
Gathering feedback from client teams for ongoing improvements
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of technical writing experience
Proficiency in technical writing and publishing tools
Basic understanding of software development
Familiarity with firmware and operating systems
Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay Details: $55.00 to $61.00 per hour
