Senior ServiceNow Developer

 We are seeking ServiceNow developers for long term contracts onsite daily in Baltimore, MD.  This role is with a federal government end client; a public trust clearance must be obtained prior to starting.

Pay rate range:  $65hr w2 with benefits (health, PTO)

Onsite 5 days/week, Baltimore area (Woodlawn)

Role

• Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer. 

• Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.

• Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.

• Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.

• Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers. 

 

Required
MUST HAVE - ServiceNow required certifications:  CSA and CAD (valid/active)

-8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as -ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR

-5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.

-Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.

-5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts.

-5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.
