    Akkodis is seeking a Trade Support Analyst for a Contract job with a client in NYC, NY(Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have experience in providing support to front office trading desks and a strong understanding of fixed income products and market data flows.

     

    Rate Range: $65/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Trade Support Analyst job responsibilities include:

    • Acting as the first point of contact for end business users in FICC for all intraday risk issues.

    • Troubleshooting complex end-to-end flows of trades and market data updates.

    • Supporting onboarding of new lines of business and workflows.

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders, application development teams, and infrastructure personnel.

    • Proactively identifying and resolving problem hotspots to ensure smooth operations.

    • Developing tools and driving improvements in efficiency, stability, and monitoring processes.

    • Managing incidents and problems, along with event lifecycle management, using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and ITRS Geneos.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

    • 3+ years of experience in trade support, with a focus on financial markets and trading systems.

    • Hands-on experience providing direct support to front office trading desks and a strong understanding of fixed income products.

    • Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, ITRS Geneos) and scripting languages like Python, along with knowledge of SQL and Unix.

    Pay Details: $65.00 to $70.00 per hour
