UX/UI Developer with Agentic AI

Akkodis is seeking an UX/UI Developer with Agentic AI for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing and delivering AI‑native, real‑time interfaces that power developer productivity through agentic workflows, SDLC automation, and intuitive UX systems.

Rate Range: $54/hour to $57/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

UX/UI Developer with Agentic AI Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and deliver intuitive, high‑performance UX/UI for an AI‑native Developer Portal that enhances developer productivity and SDLC automation.

• Build scalable, reusable frontend applications using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, evolving and maintaining a shared design system.

• Create developer‑focused workflows for GitHub PRs, repositories, onboarding, Dev Containers, and SDLC agent interactions.

• Develop chat, copilot, and action‑driven UI patterns that enable interaction with AI assistants and agentic workflows.

• Implement real‑time user experiences using SSE and WebSockets to support streaming agent execution and coordination.

• Collaborate closely with backend and platform teams to deliver performance, end‑to‑end, data‑rich interfaces and independently drive features from concept to production.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human‑Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Computer Science, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or frontend development.

• Proven expertise in building developer‑facing platforms using React and TypeScript, with strong hands‑on experience in GitHub workflows, design systems, and end‑to‑end feature delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI‑native, real‑time user interfaces supporting agentic workflows, SDLC automation, and high‑performance streaming experiences.

Pay Details: $54.00 to $57.00 per hour
