Location: This is an onsite role in Rochester, NY with very limited travel to client sites in Rochester, Buffalo or Syracuse.

Salary Range: $60-85,000 per year based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

As a Windows Systems Administrator be resolving complex IT challenges and providing support to our clients IT systems. This work will include troubleshooting server configurations, optimizing network performance, and supporting enterprise applications.


Responsibilities of the Windows Systems Administrator Job in Rochester, NY:

•    Perform remote or onsite troubleshooting of Windows or MAC systems
•    Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
•    Walk the customer through the problem-solving process

Qualifications of the  Windows Systems Administrator Job in Rochester, NY:

•    Must have at least 2 years of experience supporting Windows in a commercial environment
•    Intermediate Level: Windows desktop OS skills (Windows 8.1/10/11)
•    Intermediate Level: Windows Office application suite skills
•    Intermediate Level: Apple MacOS skills
•    Beginner-Intermediate Level: Windows (Server 2012/2016/2019/2022)
•    Beginner-Intermediate Level: Network, UTM, Firewalls, Inter-intranet
•    Intermediate Level: MSO365 and Google apps
•    Must have or pass A+ exam within 6 months
