Workday Architect (Expert)

Akkodis is seeking a Workday Architect (Expert) for a Contract with a client in Findlay, OH/ San Antonio, TX/ Houston, TX. The ideal candidate must have deep Workday architecture expertise with proven experience leading enterprise architecture initiatives in highly integrated environments.

Rate Range: $80/Hour to $120/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Texas:   $80-$120/hr

Ohio:    $80-$110/hr

 

Workday Architect (Expert) Responsibilities include:

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Workday and HR technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Develop architecture roadmaps, modernization strategies, and integration frameworks across Workday, SAP, and enterprise applications.

• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable and value-driven solutions.

• Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices to ensure solution quality and compliance.

• Drive cloud modernization, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives within a highly integrated enterprise environment.

• Mentor technical teams and provide architectural leadership to resolve complex challenges and support strategic workforce transformation programs.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or large-scale technology transformation initiatives.

• Deep expertise in Workday architecture, enterprise integrations, and HR technology transformation within complex enterprise environments.

• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions involving Workday HCM, SAP ERP, cloud technologies, and modernization programs.

Pay Details: $80.00 to $120.00 per hour
