    Akkodis is seeking a Workflow Specialist for a Contract job with a client in Princeton, NJ(Hybrid). Responsibilities include managing configuration data across IT infrastructure and leveraging CMDB insights for reporting and process optimization.

    Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Workflow Specialist job responsibilities include:

    • Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM frameworks to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data.

    • Implement and optimize ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery and Service Mapping, to support infrastructure visibility.

    • Collaborate with IT teams to align CMDB data with ITIL processes and business objectives.

    • Analyze configuration data to generate actionable insights and support reporting needs.

    • Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

    • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IT operations or service management, with at least 3 years working with ServiceNow ITOM.

    • Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM frameworks, with certifications preferred.

    • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and experience with ITIL-based ITSM practices.

    Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
