Akkodis was engaged to develop an operational prototype to demonstrate analytics capacities of school learning tools usage (Microsoft, Google) within the local school’s community. The Learning Tools Utilization project was to create a prototype featuring automated extraction, storage, and analysis of data usage, and to generate a standard set of reports on the use of various learning tools.
Our Solution
The project was undertaken on behalf of client’s Learning Management & Tools Team who provided direction and subject matter expertise. We did a data analysis & formal acceptance of solution architecture. Our experts also performed platform build and data ingestion from Google and Microsoft API’s and delivered two sets of Power BI business insight reports: one for schools and one showing usage across other corporate business units. Akkodis delivered a scalable analytics platform fully integrated into the Microsoft and Google API’s. We also offered a detailed architecture pattern and document for ongoing development of the platform.
