    Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a contract with a client in Westborough, MA. Candidates must have proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce programs and managing cross-functional teams.

    Rate Range: $49/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Program Manager job responsibilities include:

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

    • Manage daily execution, track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve escalations across project phases.

    • Coordinate cross-functional and onsite-offshore teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining team cohesion.

    • Define program scope, structure, goals, and success criteria in partnership with business sponsors.

    • Report regularly to stakeholders on program status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

    • Promote Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 10+ years in program/project management, with at least 5 years leading Salesforce transformation initiatives.

    • Proven success in managing large-scale, cross-functional Salesforce programs with global teams.

    • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in Agile delivery frameworks.

    Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
