Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a contract with a client in Westborough, MA. Candidates must have proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce programs and managing cross-functional teams.
Rate Range: $49/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Program Manager job responsibilities include:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Manage daily execution, track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve escalations across project phases.
Coordinate cross-functional and onsite-offshore teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining team cohesion.
Define program scope, structure, goals, and success criteria in partnership with business sponsors.
Report regularly to stakeholders on program status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Promote Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years in program/project management, with at least 5 years leading Salesforce transformation initiatives.
Proven success in managing large-scale, cross-functional Salesforce programs with global teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in Agile delivery frameworks.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
