    Akkodis is seeking a Sourcing Applications Manager for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL(Remote). The ideal candidate will lead integration efforts for Assured Partners and ensure application compliance with IT policies and vendor standards.

    Rate Range: $41/hour to 45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Sourcing Applications Manager job responsibilities include:

    • Serve as a subject matter expert for Sourcing, Travel, and Expense applications, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs.

    • Lead integration and implementation efforts for business and technical processes related to the Assured Partners project.

    • Ensure application compliance with IT policies and vendor standards, including evaluating SOC reports and managing risks.

    • Coordinate project activities and stakeholder communication, including defining scope, strategy, and documenting outcomes.

    • Support system enhancements and operational improvements to optimize production capabilities.

    • Maintain project documentation and knowledge management tools to ensure transparency and accessibility.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Sourcing, Shared Services, Travel, Expense, or Real Estate applications.

    • Hands-on experience with SaaS application implementation and configuration, including vendor collaboration.

    • Proficiency with tools such as Concur, Circulus, and Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate SQL skills preferred.

    Pay Details: $41.00 to $45.00 per hour
