IT Microcomputer Technician - 100% ON SITE M/F

With the aim of strengthening our team we are looking for a  IT Microcomputer Technician.

Main tasks:

·       Task management and interdepartmental collaboration.

·       Resolution of incidents on-site and remotely.

·       Installation and configuration of printers (IP printers, group policies).

·       Configuration of mailboxes, primarily Outlook.

·       Proficiency in Office 365 tools.

·       User creation and VPN configuration.

·       Administration and maintenance of one-to-one devices, projectors, interactive whiteboards, speakers, servers.

·       Application installation.

·       IP telephony management.

·       Video conference room management.

Requirements:

·       At least 1 year of experience working as a microcomputer technician or N1 support technician.

·       Knowledge of O365.

·       Experience in incident resolution both on-site and remotely.

·       Experience in network configuration and VPN.
