    Akkodis is seeking a Functional Consultant for a contract with a client in Raritan, NJ. The candidate must have deep expertise in SAP security architecture, particularly across BODS, S/4HANA, and Ariba.

    Rate Range: $56/hour to 68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Functional Consultant job responsibilities include:

    • Gather and analyze business requirements to design functional solutions that align with organizational goals.

    • Translate business needs into system configurations and functional specifications for technical teams.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to ensure solutions meet business expectations.

    • Conduct system testing, user training, and support during implementation and post-go-live phases.

    • Document business processes, workflows, and system changes for future reference and audits.

    • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

    • 3–6 years of experience in functional consulting within ERP/CRM environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

    • Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams to support system implementations and process improvements.

    Pay Details: $56.00 to $68.00 per hour
