The Ontario Government Client is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist with expertise in payroll and HRIS systems to support accurate and timely payroll operations for 31,000 healthcare employees.

Duration:6+ Months

Must Haves:

• Experience with Logibec Quadrant Workforce.

• Payroll Certification.

• Expertise in ticket triaging, prioritization, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 payroll support using the Quadrant Workforce application, including HR, Payroll, and Scheduling modules.

• Manage tickets and prioritize requests to ensure responsive service delivery.

• Collaborate with technical teams and external entities for system updates and legislative compliance.

• Identify and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring resolution and process improvement.

Skills and Experience

Required Skills:

• 2+ years in the healthcare industry with knowledge of personal health information protection.

• Proficiency in Logibec Quadrant Workforce, OTR, AODA compliance, and MS Office tools.

• 5+ years in service management processes and ticketing systems like Footprints.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• Proven team player with excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
