Business Analyst - Senior

The Ontario Government Client is looking for a Quality Assurance and Testing Specialist to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O testing. This role requires strong experience in software QA processes, ERP, and CRM testing.

Duration: 6+ Months

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of QA and testing experience in an Agile/SDLC environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and F&O testing

• Understanding of ERP/CRM QA methodologies

 Scope:

• Provide technical expertise on Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM solutions and integrations

• Verify workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements

• Participate in design reviews, testing, and defect resolution

• Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing

• Integrate tests into CI frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

Deliverables:

• Develop and document testing strategies and results for Dynamics 365 CE and F&O

• Conduct user acceptance, system integration, and performance testing

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting

Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years in QA/testing in Agile/SDLC environments

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and F&O, API testing (Postman, JMeter), and bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure TFS)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Evaluation Criteria:

Technical Skills (50 Points): Expertise in Dynamics 365, test case development, and automation

Functional Knowledge (30 Points): In-depth experience with Dynamics 365 CE, F&O, and related technologies

Interpersonal Skills (10 Points): Strong communication and negotiation skills

Business Knowledge (10 Points): Experience with Trust Accounting and workflow-based systems
