Help Desk Specialist

Help Desk Specialist – Ottawa, ON

Akkodis Canada is currently searching for a Help Desk Specialist for a long-term contract with our Government client within the Ottawa area.

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years working in a Help Desk/Service Desk environment

• 2+ years working with Active Directory

• 3+ years troubleshooting MS365 applications

• 2+ years troubleshooting mobile devices using EMDM or equivalent

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
