About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Intermediate Data Analytical Specialist / Scientist to support enterprise analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

The successful candidate will design and deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and analytical models to enable evidence-based decision-making. This role requires strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling, along with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.

Scope

• Develop and deliver analytics solutions and dashboards

• Design and implement data models and reporting frameworks

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation

• Translate business requirements into data-driven insights.

Assignment Deliverables

• Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards

• Data models (fact/dimension, star schema)

• ETL processes and data integration solutions

• Reporting documentation and KPI definitions.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• Strong experience in:

o   Power BI dashboard and report development

o   SQL (advanced queries, data analysis)

o   DAX and Power Query (M)

o   Data modeling (fact/dimension tables, star schema)

• Experience with:

o   Data cleansing, validation, and quality management

o   ETL processes and data integration

o   Reporting and KPI development

• Strong ability to:

o   Translate business requirements into analytics solutions

o   Present complex data insights clearly

Nice to Have:

• Previous public sector experience

• Knowledge of emerging business intelligence and analytics trends.
