Our Government Client is seeking an experienced Intermediate Project Manager/Leader to oversee the full lifecycle of complex public sector projects. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong communication and risk management skills to ensure project success from initiation through closure.

Job Description:
Must Haves:
5–8 years managing full project lifecycles, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
5+ years developing detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk strategies
5+ years facilitating collaboration among stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, government bodies, community groups)
5+ years identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and escalating issues when required
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Track progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with public sector policies and standards
Contribute to procurement processes including RFPs and SOWs
Conduct post-project evaluations and support continuous improvement
