    Our Government Client is seeking an experienced Intermediate Project Manager/Leader to oversee the full lifecycle of complex public sector projects. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong communication and risk management skills to ensure project success from initiation through closure.

    Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

    Job Description:

    Must Haves:

    • 5–8 years managing full project lifecycles, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget

    • 5+ years developing detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk strategies

    • 5+ years facilitating collaboration among stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, government bodies, community groups)

    • 5+ years identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and escalating issues when required

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

    • Track progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders

    • Ensure compliance with public sector policies and standards

    • Contribute to procurement processes including RFPs and SOWs

    • Conduct post-project evaluations and support continuous improvement
