Votre Mission

Position: Intermediate Systems Administrator / Operations Support

Duration: 9 Months assignment (contract)
Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

This position is provisionally Onsite, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.


About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Intermediate Systems Administrator / Operations Support Specialist to provide operational and systems support for enterprise applications and infrastructure. The successful consultant will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, resolving complex issues, and supporting contact center technologies in a fast-paced environment.


Scope

  • Provide day-to-day systems administration and operational support

  • Configure and manage user access, profiles, backup, and recovery processes

  • Monitor system performance and workload trends, optimizing resource utilization

  • Perform software upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities

  • Support and troubleshoot contact center solutions.


Assignment Deliverables

  • Operational support reports and issue resolution logs

  • System configuration and maintenance documentation

  • Patch management and upgrade records

  • Performance monitoring and optimization reports.


Expertise Required

Must Have:

  • Experience identifying and resolving complex application and system issues

  • Experience solving issues with contact center solutions including AWS products such as Amazon Connect (primary)

  • Experience performing system administration tasks (user access, backup/recovery, operations support)

  • Experience performing software upgrades, patching, and monitoring system performance

  • Ability to quickly understand business environments, systems, and application landscapes.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge

  • Exposure to emerging technologies and IT trends.
