RQ08225 - Project Manager/Leader - Senior

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to join the Ontario Government Client’s PeopleSoft HCM project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading technical teams and expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades and system design.

Duration: 6+ Months

Must Haves:

• Experience leading technical teams through the full project lifecycle

• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades

• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Fluid and Classic Plus user interfaces

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership in the design and delivery of the PeopleSoft HCM project.

• Offer technical advice to OPS and the project team on Fluid UI and related tools.

• Lead the design and build of technical solutions for the OPS PeopleSoft HCM project.

• Support WIN system enhancements and future onboarding improvements.

• Contribute to planning for WIN mobile capabilities.

• Identify and resolve technical issues and suggest improvements for PeopleSoft modules.

• Leadership in technical analysis, design, and implementation

• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades: PUM and PeopleTools

• Expertise in PeopleSoft Fluid and Classic Plus user interfaces

• Experience with system integration and user acceptance testing

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
