    Our client is seeking a Senior - API Software Developer

     

    Key Deliverables:

    Product Requirements & Delivery: Design and develop custom ServiceNow portals, including Employee Center and UI Builder experiences, tailored to business needs. Translate user requirements into scalable front-end solutions using Service Portal widgets and Catalog Item designs.

    Front-End Development: Deliver responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces leveraging JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and ServiceNow theming. Ensure consistent branding and usability across all portal components.

    Integration & Prioritization: Integrate front-end experiences with ServiceNow backend tools such as Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, and Virtual Agent. Prioritize development tasks based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility to optimize delivery timelines.

    Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to align on design standards, functionality, and performance goals. Facilitate iterative feedback loops to refine and enhance portal experiences.

    Quality & Innovation: Apply over 5 years of hands-on experience to continuously improve portal performance, accessibility, and user engagement. Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and best practices to drive innovation in UI/UX delivery.

    Must Haves: 

    Minimum 5+ years developing custom ServiceNow portals, Employee Center, and UI Builder experiences. 

    Minimum 5+ years Strong expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and ServiceNow theming. 

    Minimum 5+ years Hands-on experience with Service Portal widgets, UI Builder components, and Catalog Item design. 

    Minimum 5+ years Experience integrating front-end with Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, and Virtual Agent. 

      

    Nice to Have: 

    Proven ability to deliver accessible, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
