Senior Business Analyst

The Ontario Government Client is seeking a skilled System Analyst with agile experience, user-centered design expertise, and strong system analysis skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and resolve incidents efficiently.

Duration: 6+Months

Must Haves:

• Experience with agile frameworks, user stories, sprint reviews, and product backlogs.

• Conducting user research, developing personas, and creating journey maps.

• Strong system analysis background with experience in web-based technologies, databases, and COTS applications like Cúram.

• Experience working with technical teams to manage incident resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Guide teams in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and project facilitation.

• Perform system analysis, design, and implementation.

• Define user stories, manage sprint planning, and reflect business needs in technical solutions.

• Conduct user research and create journey maps to improve service delivery.

• Manage incidents, triage issues, and ensure resolution.

• General Skills:

• Strong systems analysis and SDLC knowledge.

• Ability to solve complex problems and lead agile teams.

• Effective communication with stakeholders, including documentation and training.
