    We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for our Ontario Government Client to support large-scale system implementations and manage business requirements. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business analysis, agile methodologies, and technical documentation. This role involves working with stakeholders, supporting QA teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of business solutions.

    Must Haves:

    • 8+ years of experience in business analysis for large-scale implementations

    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Agile project tracking tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA)

    • Experience in creating business cases, requirements documentation, and testing documentation

    • Hands-on experience in working with business stakeholders on functional and technical design

    • 5+ years of experience in triaging design gaps and supporting QA teams

    Business Analysis Skills

    • Gather technical requirements and analyze data migration processes.

    • Create business cases, business requirements documents, and testing documentation.

    • Experience with large systems implementation and case management solutions.

    • Support QA teams by creating test cases, test plans, and traceability matrices.

    Technical Skills

    • Review and analyze design gaps with SMEs and assist in triaging defects.

    • Develop production readiness documentation such as support models and SLAs.

    • Experience in solution design and architecture.

    • Familiar with DevOps project tracking tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

    Communication Skills

    • Lead creation of business requirements and technical design documentation.

    • Capture and document business processes and map them to future states.

    • Support clients with presentation materials and Enterprise Architecture artifacts.

    • Work with stakeholders on functional and detailed solution design sessions.

    Public Sector Experience

    • 5+ years working in Government or Public Sector organizations.

    Knowledge Transfer

    • Documentation of all types related to the role will be transferred to the Project Manager/Team Members through 1:1 meetings and team sessions.

    Mandatory Requirements:

    • At least 8 years as an IT Business Analyst with experience in medium to large projects.

    • At least 5 years in functional and detailed solution design sessions.

    • Experience in triaging issues for business and technical SMEs.

    • Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.

    • Experience as a Scrum Master is preferred.
