Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst for our Ontario Government Client, who will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with public sector standards in security, privacy, and accessibility. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in architectural frameworks, specifically the Zachman Framework, and have extensive experience in Service-Oriented design and ServiceOntario portal services.

Must Haves:

• Expertise in compliance with public sector, industry, and international standards on security, privacy, and accessibility.

• Experience with the Zachman Framework.

• Proficiency in Checkpoints, TRA, PIA, Component architecture, and Design patterns.

• Extensive experience with Logical and Physical Architecture artifacts.

• Experience with Driver and Vehicle ServiceOntario portal services.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in creating enterprise architecture documentation.

• Expert-level proficiency in architectural deliverables.

Business Analyst Experience:

• Service-Oriented design project experience.

• Strong understanding of systems environments, business analysis, and change management for integrated multi-ministries’ government services.

• Security analysis for front-end and integrated systems.

• Experience in producing business and technical documentation.

Technical Experience:

• Knowledge of systems design, programming concepts, and related standards.

• In-depth understanding of WCAG 2.0 Standards and AODA Compliance.

• Experience in creating Wireframes, Use Cases, and User Stories.

Project Experience:

• ServiceOntario portal services expertise.

• Extensive experience in creating architectural documentation and deliverables.

• Experience with Canada Post module and Payment Gateways.
