Our Ontario Government Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver tangible business outcomes and translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Must haves:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
2+ years of experience in project coordination
Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering and documentation
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
Analytical Skills and Experience
Expertise in conducting requirements gathering, developing documentation, and engaging stakeholders
Proven track record of delivering successful projects with measurable business outcomes
Experience in developing processes for requirements gathering, including JAD sessions, interviews, and mock-ups
Ability to create technical specifications and documentation for implementation, testing, and performance
Skilled in researching and evaluating client needs, with the ability to recommend new technologies and methodologies
Strong data analysis skills to support decision-making
Project Coordination Knowledge
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project activities align with business goals
Experience in defining and controlling project scope to meet business objectives
Proven capability in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
