    Our Ontario Government Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver tangible business outcomes and translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.

    Must haves:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

    • 2+ years of experience in project coordination

    • Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering and documentation

    • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement

    Analytical Skills and Experience

    • Expertise in conducting requirements gathering, developing documentation, and engaging stakeholders

    • Proven track record of delivering successful projects with measurable business outcomes

    • Experience in developing processes for requirements gathering, including JAD sessions, interviews, and mock-ups

    • Ability to create technical specifications and documentation for implementation, testing, and performance

    • Skilled in researching and evaluating client needs, with the ability to recommend new technologies and methodologies

    • Strong data analysis skills to support decision-making

    Project Coordination Knowledge

    • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project activities align with business goals

    • Experience in defining and controlling project scope to meet business objectives

    • Proven capability in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
