About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to deliver end-to-end business analysis services on medium to large-scale I&IT initiatives. The successful consultant will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions by leading requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution design activities. This role requires strong analytical expertise, experience in structured methodologies, and the ability to operate effectively within Public Sector frameworks.

Scope

• Lead business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle

• Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements

• Develop models, diagrams, and documentation supporting solution design

• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and options assessment.

Assignment Deliverables

• Business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications

• Context diagrams, use case models, and system diagrams

• Process maps, stakeholder maps, and traceability matrices

• Business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses

• Workshop materials, presentations, and stakeholder reports.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• Experience leading and conducting business analysis for business projects to assess clients' business problems or opportunities, document the technical business requirements to meet the functional requirements.

• Experience developing context diagrams, use cases and use case models.

• Experience developing process maps, stakeholder maps and assessments.

• Experience creating systems diagrams

• Experience writing business cases and conducting options analysis.  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile, structured, and object-oriented methodologies

• Experience developing performance measures and evaluation frameworks.
