About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise I&IT initiatives. The successful consultant will lead business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle, ensuring business requirements are properly captured, analyzed, and translated into effective technical solutions aligned with organizational goals and standards.

Scope

• Lead and conduct business analysis to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities

• Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements

• Develop business artifacts including use cases, process maps, system diagrams, and stakeholder models

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to elicit and confirm requirements.

Assignment Deliverables

• Business requirements documentation (BRD) and functional specifications

• Use cases, user stories, and process models

• Context diagrams, system diagrams, and stakeholder maps

• Business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• Proven experience leading business analysis for complex I&IT projects

• Experience developing context diagrams, use case models, and system diagrams

• Strong experience creating process maps, stakeholder maps, and assessments

• Experience developing business cases and conducting options analysis

• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and use cases.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of AODA standards and accessibility requirements

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
