Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support complex IT initiatives and digital transformation programs within a multi-stakeholder environment.

The successful candidate will lead business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, improve processes, and enable the successful delivery of technology solutions.

Scope

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across IT projects and transformation initiatives

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements

• Analyze current and future state processes and recommend improvements

• Support solution design, testing, and implementation phases.

Assignment Deliverables

• Project initiation artifacts (charters, scope documents, stakeholder analysis)

• Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and NFRs

• Requirments Traceability Matrix (RTM)

• Process models (As-Is / To-Be), workflow diagrams

• Data mapping and reporting requirements documentation.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

•  University/Community College degree in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering or equivalent. 

• Certification in Business Analysis and change management or equivalent a definite asset.

• 10 years of experience in IT projects Business analysis 10 years working on IT projects, system implementations, or digital transformation initiatives.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Data Analytics

• Experience with enterprise-level reporting and dashboarding tools.
