About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise wide I&IT portfolio management, reporting, operational performance analysis, resource utilization management, and cost optimization initiatives.

The successful consultant will partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reporting solutions, analyze operational performance metrics, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support the implementation of enterprise portfolio management tools and processes. This role requires strong business analysis expertise, advanced reporting capabilities, stakeholder management experience, and hands-on knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and portfolio management platforms.

Scope

• Support enterprise wide I&IT portfolio reporting, resource utilization tracking, and operational performance management.

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for portfolio reporting and analytics solutions.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using Power BI and related reporting tools.

• Identify operational cost drivers and savings opportunities across hardware, software, and IT service delivery functions.

Assignment Deliverables

• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports supporting enterprise portfolio management, resource utilization, and executive KPI reporting.

• Produce business requirements, use cases, process maps, business rules, and traceability documentation.

• Track and report I&IT performance metrics, resource utilization, overtime reporting, and operational KPIs.

• Identify, validate, track, and report cost optimization and operational savings opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders and finance teams.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience providing business analysis services within complex I&IT environments.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Power BI.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience using Power Automate to support workflow automation and business processes.

• 7+ years of experience supporting resource utilization tracking, workforce management, and reporting.

• 7+ years of experience managing stakeholders and reporting enterprise wide I&IT performance KPIs.

• 7+ years of experience identifying IT operational cost drivers, savings opportunities, and benefit realization metrics.

• 7+ years of experience developing and implementing use cases within enterprise portfolio management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience translating business and data requirements into technical specifications.

• Experience with process mapping, data modelling, business modelling, and workflow analysis.

• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.
