     We are looking for a seasoned Change Management Specialist to join our Ontario Government Client. This role is crucial for driving successful organizational change initiatives and requires an expert in managing relationships, communication, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, and a proven ability to solve complex problems.

    Must Haves:

    • 7-10 years of experience in Change Management.

    • Proven relationship management experience.

    • Strong communication and consultation skills.

    Change Management

    • Lead and execute change management strategies for large-scale initiatives.

    • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

    • Assess organizational readiness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Project Management Skills

    • Manage and coordinate change management projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.

    • Oversee project timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement to drive project success.

    Analyzing/Problem-Solving Skills

    • Analyze complex organizational challenges and develop effective change solutions.

    • Use data-driven approaches to assess the impact of change and adjust strategies as needed.

    Technical Skills

    • Utilize relevant tools and methodologies to support change management activities.

    • Ensure that technical aspects of change are integrated smoothly into project plans and execution.
