About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking a highly experienced Senior CRM – Solution Architect to support enterprise architecture initiatives within a large-scale public sector environment. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, program leadership, technical SMEs, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality architecture outputs aligned with organizational priorities.

Scope

• Lead and contribute to enterprise architecture and solution design for complex, large-scale IT initiatives

• Provide expert-level guidance on GIS applications, enterprise infrastructure, and architecture strategies

• Support Public Sector enterprise architecture processes, including Architecture Gate Points (AGP) 1, 2, and 3

• Develop and align solution architecture artifacts with business, information, and technical domains

• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate solution alternatives and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Assignment Deliverables

• Solution Architecture Documents (SAD) aligned with Public Sector standards

• Architecture artifacts supporting AGP 1, 2, and 3 Public Sector reviews

• Conceptual, logical, and physical architecture models

• Business, information, and technical architecture alignment documentation.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years leading solution architecture for large, complex projects

• Extensive experience with Public Sector Enterprise Architecture Gating (AGP 1 & 2)

• Strong expertise in GIS application architecture and enterprise infrastructure design

• Proven ability to develop end-to-end technical solutions aligned with enterprise strategies

·         Hands-on experience with GO-ITS standards and Public Sector EA methodologies.

• Experience with:

o   Data architecture (Data Lakes, Data Marts,)

o   APIs, integration, and workflow systems

o   Cloud platforms and enterprise security practices

Nice to Have:

• Ability to support vendor selection, COTS evaluation, and solution acquisition

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in complex environments.
