About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking a Senior CRM – Solutions Designer to support the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale, highly integrated IT and CRM solutions within a complex public‑sector environment. The successful consultant will bring strong hands‑on design and development experience, deep knowledge of system and API integrations, and the ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions aligned with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.

Scope

• Designing end‑to‑end hosting and integration solutions aligned with business and technical requirements

• Leading solution design activities for multi‑system, multi‑integration environments

• Supporting system analysis, requirements gathering, and use‑case development

• Providing technical advice on short‑ and long‑term solution strategies.

Assignment Deliverables

• System analysis documentation, including use cases and integration flows

• End‑to‑end integration designs covering APIs, middleware, ESB, and cloud‑based components

• Technical specifications for system integration, security, performance, and recovery

• Prototype solutions and design artefacts for stakeholder and senior‑management review.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in solution design and backend development

• Strong experience designing enterprise integration solutions and multi‑system integrations

• Proven hands‑on expertise with API‑based integration, middleware, message queues, and ESB technologies

• Experience with RESTful web services, JPA, Hibernate, SQL, and PL/SQL

• In‑depth knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Integration

• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases and data modeling.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK

• Experience designing or supporting large‑scale, highly available, mission‑critical systems.
