About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior CRM - Solutions Designer to support the design, development, configuration, integration, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce CRM solutions within a complex public sector environment.

The successful consultant will lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing Public Sector Foundation, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio capabilities. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, integrations, Agile delivery, DevOps, solution design, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, project managers, and support teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver secure, accessible, and business-focused CRM solutions.

Scope

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce-based CRM solutions.

• Support solution architecture and technical design activities for Salesforce Public Sector Foundation and Sales Cloud implementations.

• Configure and integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP web services, authentication frameworks, and Single Sign-On solutions.

• Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including recent experience with Salesforce Public Sector Foundation and Sales Cloud implementations.

• Strong understanding of when Salesforce declarative configuration should be utilized over custom development.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or equivalent experience.

• Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer.

• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator.

• Experience with Clariti implementations or support.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of integrated networking technologies, enterprise infrastructure, storage platforms, and security frameworks.

• Experience providing post-implementation support and production stabilization activities.

• Experience conducting technical design walkthroughs and solution reviews.
