About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Front End - Software Developer to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise digital applications and user-facing solutions.

The successful consultant will be responsible for developing modern, responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications while collaborating closely with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and project teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role requires significant expertise in Angular, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web development, accessibility compliance, API integration, and enterprise application development.

Scope

• Design, develop, and implement responsive web-based user interfaces and application components.

• Translate business and technical requirements into fully tested software solutions.

• Develop and maintain enterprise front-end applications using Angular and related technologies.

• Integrate applications with RESTful web services, APIs, and backend systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.

• User interface designs and front-end application components.

• Fully tested, responsive web applications.

• Technical specifications and programming documentation.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• Strong development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.

• Experience developing and consuming RESTful Web Services and APIs.

• Experience utilizing Azure DevOps for source control, release management, and Agile delivery activities.

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience using Java in enterprise environments.

• 5+ years of experience with Angular.

• 10+ years of experience with JavaScript.

• 5+ years of experience with TypeScript.

• 5+ years of experience with HTML5 and CSS.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience with cloud-native application deployments and Azure services.
