About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Full Stack – Software Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑scale digital and automation solutions within a complex, high‑availability environment. The successful consultant will bring deep experience across Java‑based microservices, cloud platforms, front‑end frameworks, and Microsoft low‑code/automation technologies, while working collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role requires strong hands‑on development capability, architecture awareness, and the ability to document, test, and support production‑grade solutions following public‑sector standards and best practices.

Scope

• Designing and developing secure, scalable Java‑based microservices and APIs

• Building and maintaining cloud‑native solutions using Azure and/or AWS

• Developing modern frontend applications using React and/or Angular

• Designing and implementing process automation solutions using Logic Apps and Power Automate.

Assignment Deliverables

• Solution Design Documents (SDD) aligned with business requirements

• Java‑based REST/SOAP APIs and microservices

• Logic Apps and Power Automate workflows (including RPA components)

• API and system integrations across platforms.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience developing Java/JEE applications, including secure RESTful and SOAP web services

• Strong experience designing and building microservices architectures using Spring Framework and SQL/NoSQL databases

• Proven hands‑on experience with cloud development on Azure and/or AWS platforms

• Experience containerizing applications using Docker and deploying/orchestrating with Kubernetes (AKS)

• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, IAM, OAuth, authentication, and authorization

• Experience developing applications compliant with WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 (AA) accessibility standards.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with AI / ML technologies such as OCR, document intelligence, cognitive search, and LLM‑based solutions

• Exposure to AI stacks from Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud

• Experience integrating automation and AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
