About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack - Software Developer to support the design, development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise-grade web applications and digital services.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in full-stack development using Angular, Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs, Oracle and Open Source databases, responsive web design, accessibility compliance, and modern software delivery practices. This role requires strong front-end and back-end development expertise, experience building scalable and accessible applications, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Scope

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications and digital services.

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

• Develop responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces using modern web technologies.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.

Assignment Deliverables

• Full-stack web application development and enhancements.

• Responsive and accessible user interface implementations.

• REST API and integration services.

• Technical design documents, specifications, and deployment documentation.

• Database solutions, stored procedures, and optimized queries.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• Extensive experience with Angular (v7+), JavaScript, TypeScript, RxJS, NPM, Node.js, Spring Framework (MVC, Security, JPA, Boot), REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and Bitbucket.

• 10+ years of experience in UI development utilizing Angular, CSS, responsive design principles, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience in enterprise environments.

• 10+ years of database development experience with Oracle and Open Source database technologies.

• Extensive experience designing and implementing responsive web applications using HTML5 and modern CSS frameworks.

• Extensive experience developing applications for mobile devices and cross-platform user experiences.

• Experience designing and implementing API integrations, including load balancing, service discovery, resiliency, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Experience with React development.

• 10+ years of experience developing applications compliant with PCI standards, WCAG 2.0 requirements, and AODA accessibility standards.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with secure messaging gateways and highly regulated environments.

• Experience producing technical documentation aligned with public sector standards and methodologies.
