Position: Senior Identity Access Management Consultant

Duration: 3 Months assignment (contract)
Client Location: Toronto (Remote: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)


Note on Assignment Type

This position is provisionally Remote, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.


About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking a highly experienced Senior Identity Access Management Consultant to support a secure identity platform used across healthcare ecosystem. The successful consultant will contribute to the modernization and migration of enterprise IAM systems, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability in a cloud-based environment.


Scope

  • Design and develop IAM solutions to upgrade Oracle OAAM 11G to OARM in AWS/OpenShift

  • Configure and support Oracle IAM components (OAM, OUD, OARM)

  • Implement active-active multi-data center architectures

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, network, database).


Assignment Deliverables

  • Upgrade of OAAM 11G to OARM on OpenShift in AWS (Dev & QA environments)

  • Configuration aligned with Oracle 12C OAM stretched cluster architecture

  • End-to-end test plans validating authentication workflows

  • Detailed architecture, deployment, and integration documentation.


Expertise Required

Must Have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Solution Architect on Oracle IAM (12C)

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM 11G)

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing active-active multi-data center architectures

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in OAAM and Oracle database integration

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience deploying Oracle applications in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments

  • Must be affiliated with a recognized Gold Oracle IAM Partner

  • Proven ability to translate conceptual → logical → physical architectures.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines

  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

  • Experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
