About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior IT Artificial Intelligence (AI) Architect/Designer to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Conversational AI solutions.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in enterprise architecture, AI solution design, conversational AI, customer experience transformation, and contact centre modernization. This role requires a strategic technology leader capable of translating business objectives into scalable, secure, accessible, and citizen-centric AI solutions while aligning with enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and operational requirements.

Scope

• Develop and advance enterprise AI architecture strategies, standards, reference architectures, and implementation roadmaps.

• Design and implement enterprise AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Conversational AI solutions.

• Lead architecture activities supporting contact centre modernization, customer self-service, and digital engagement initiatives.

• Design AI-powered virtual assistants, voicebots, chatbots, intelligent agents, and conversational IVR solutions.

Assignment Deliverables

• Enterprise AI architecture strategies and target-state architectures.

• Conceptual, logical, and physical AI solution architectures.

• Conversational AI and customer experience design frameworks.

• Technical architecture documents, design specifications, and implementation plans.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, and software delivery.

• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.

• Demonstrated experience developing enterprise AI architecture strategies, standards, reference architectures, and implementation roadmaps.

• Experience designing and implementing solutions utilizing Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Intelligent Agents, and Agentic AI frameworks.

• Experience designing knowledge-grounded AI solutions utilizing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge repositories.

• Experience establishing AI frameworks, model lifecycle management processes, monitoring practices, and operational controls.

• Proven ability to operate effectively within large, complex organizations and multi-stakeholder environments.
