The role requires deep technical expertise and strategic leadership to standardize technology platforms and support digital transformation across government programs.

Job Description:

Must-Haves:

·         Proficiency in multiple coding languages (.NET, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and API management

·         Knowledge of complex IT ecosystems, networks, and security systems

·         Experience with AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, and RAG methodologies

·         Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including presentations, workshops, and executive communications

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and evaluate modernization strategies, technology standards, and policies

·         Create and enforce enterprise-wide solution development frameworks and practices

·         Identify standardized technology stacks using modular, composable architecture

·         Lead the definition and implementation of IT Enterprise Architecture strategies

Establish governance frameworks and KPIs to ensure compliance and effectiveness
