Senior Network Engineer - DND

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Network Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the life-cycle management of network systems, planning, installing, managing, and implementing network architectures.

Requirements:

• Valid federal government security clearance at the level of Secret or higher.

• Experience in network systems life-cycle management

• Demonstrated experience as a Network Administrator on Military Command and Control systems.

• Network Engineering experience for Real-Time systems, Distributed Systems, embedded systems or mission critical systems environments.

• Proven expertise in Analyzing, designing, installing, managing, and implementing network architectures

• Strong proficiency in Windows Server or higher system administration

• Experience in managing TCP/IP, Network file system, and name servers

• Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Server administration

• Familiarity with SQL Server Administration

• Knowledge of SMS Server Administration

• Ability to prepare and implement network policies and procedures

• Understanding of networking security practices

• Experience in managing internet services such as web servers and ftp servers

• Proficiency in gateway, bridge, and router management

Qualifications:

• Proof of a Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) field such as network, software, computer, systems, electrical, or a suitable engineering or technical discipline that supports Land C4ISR.

• OR Proof of STEM diploma (2 year minimum) in networking, software, computer, systems, electrical, or a suitable engineering or technical field required to support Land C4ISR.
