About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, planning, and delivery of complex digital products and services.

The successful consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, user experience designers, developers, and senior leadership to drive product outcomes through modern product management practices and Agile delivery methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align business objectives, customer needs, and technology solutions while managing risks, stakeholder expectations, and product roadmaps.

Scope

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and objectives.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.

• Lead product discovery and customer research activities.

• Prioritize product features, enhancements, and backlog items.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value product increments.

Assignment Deliverables

• Product vision and strategy documentation.

• Product roadmap covering current, near-term, and future initiatives.

• Product backlog and prioritized feature sets.

• User stories and requirements documentation.

• Customer discovery and user research findings.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, program management, digital delivery, or related leadership roles.

• Demonstrated experience communicating and mediating between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful product outcomes.

• Proven experience identifying risks and issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.

• Experience delivering products utilizing Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

• Experience working with balanced delivery teams consisting of Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers, and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working within public-sector environments.

• Experience delivering digital services using Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live methodologies.
