About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager (IT) to lead large-scale, complex, multi-year technology programs across enterprise environments.

The successful consultant will provide strategic leadership, oversight, and end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, enterprise architecture, and measurable outcomes. This role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to deliver programs on time, within scope, and within budget.

Scope

• Define and manage large-scale IT program strategies and execution plans

• Lead multi-year program roadmaps aligned to business and technology priorities

• Drive program delivery, risk mitigation, and financial oversight

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor partners.

Assignment Deliverables

• Program roadmap(s) and strategic plans

• Vendor performance and contract oversight documentation

• Program status reports (risks, issues, dependencies, financials)

• Budget forecasts and resource allocation plans.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 8+ years’ experience developing multi-year program roadmaps

• 8+ years’ experience overseeing end-to-end program planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

• 8+ years’ experience establishing program governance (decision forums, reporting, KPIs)

• Strong experience with enterprise IT delivery (cloud, integration, cybersecurity)

• Experience managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in hybrid delivery models (Agile, Waterfall)

• Experience managing vendors and third-party delivery partners.
