About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex, and high-profile enterprise initiatives. The successful consultant will be responsible for driving program strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, and delivering outcomes across multiple interdependent projects within a structured Public Sector framework.

Scope

• Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale programs from initiation through delivery and transition to operations

• Develop and execute program strategies, roadmaps, and business plans

• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives

• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting to executive stakeholders.

Assignment Deliverables

• Program strategy, roadmap, and business case documentation

• Integrated program plans and schedules

• Risk, issue, and dependency management logs

• Executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• Proven experience in program management, strategic planning, and executive communication

• Strong experience leading large-scale, complex I&IT programs

• Demonstrated ability to align program delivery with organizational and business objectives

• Experience managing budgets, risks, schedules, and stakeholder expectations

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile delivery and journey mapping

• Experience presenting to executive and senior leadership audiences.
