About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Leader to lead complex, large-scale I&IT initiatives. The successful consultant will drive project planning, execution and stakeholder engagement while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and delivery objectives in a highly structured environment.

Scope

• Lead and manage large-scale IT projects and program initiatives

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle delivery (initiation to closure)

• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources

• Lead cross-functional teams including internal staff, vendors, and stakeholders

• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

Assignment Deliverables

• Project Charter and Project Management Plan

• Detailed project schedules and progress reports

• Management presentations and executive briefings

• Risk, issue, and change management logs.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT and digital transformation projects

• Proven experience using Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative delivery methodologies

• 10+ years of experience leading project documentation and business analysis deliverables (requirements, use cases, BPM/BPMN, architecture diagrams)

• PMP® Certification (active and in good standing).

Nice to Have:

• Experience working Public Sector or regulated environments

• Familiarity with modernization and transformation programs.
