About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Leader to support complex digital and I&IT delivery initiatives. The successful consultant will be responsible for overseeing integrated delivery planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of program enhancements within a structured Public Sector framework.

Scope

• Lead integrated delivery planning and execution across multiple workstreams

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and dependencies

• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external vendors

• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation

• Support system integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.

Assignment Deliverables

• Integrated delivery plans and schedules

• Risk, issue, and dependency registers

• Weekly/bi-weekly delivery status reports

• Delivery tracking dashboards and progress reports.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience managing complex digital or I&IT delivery initiatives

• Proven experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies

• Experience coordinating delivery across blended teams (internal + external vendors)

• Strong experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting post go-live enhancement or stabilization phases

• Certification such as PMP or equivalent.
