About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Leader to lead and coordinate large-scale, complex, high-profile technology and business transformation initiatives.

The successful consultant will be responsible for managing cross-functional project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and executive bodies while ensuring successful delivery of project objectives related to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management. This role requires a strong background in project leadership, stakeholder engagement, iterative delivery methodologies, healthcare technology environments, and enterprise integration initiatives.

Scope

• Manage project delivery using iterative and agile-based methodologies.

• Coordinate business, technical, operational, and vendor resources across multiple workstreams.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Support integration and interoperability initiatives involving healthcare technologies and data exchange standards.

Assignment Deliverables

• Comprehensive project plans and integrated schedules.

• Project budgets, forecasts, and financial management reports.

• Risk, issue, dependency, and mitigation registers.

• Stakeholder engagement and communication plans.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

• Proven ability to prioritize workload, exercise critical thinking, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.

• Experience managing projects using an Iterative Project Delivery Methodology.

• Extensive experience managing both business and information technology project components.

• Demonstrated experience developing executive-level briefings, presentations, and status reporting.

• Experience leading large project teams while ensuring knowledge sharing and collaboration.

• Strong experience managing project risks, issues, budgets, schedules, scope, and deliverables.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards including FHIR and SmileCDR.

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
