Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect

Location-Remote, PST hours, Occasional client visit for meetings

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)

·         10+ years in IT architecture, focusing on ServiceNow platform

·         Extensive experience in ServiceNow solution architecture (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)

·         Experience in leading complex ServiceNow solution development

·         Proven experience in designing and implementing future state architectures

·         Strong knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM)

·         Experience managing a Centre of Excellence or Architectural Board

·         Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS

·         Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP

·         Expert skills in Powershell and Server & Infrastructure technologies

·         Experience with Azure, AWS, and other cloud providers with ServiceNow

·         Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks

·         Familiarity with ServiceNow’s licensing model

·         Proven ability to lead and mentor developers

·         Strong organizational skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

·         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

·         ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

·         ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

·         Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITOM, ITSM, ITAM)

·         Preferred: Certified Workflow Architect, Certified Technical Architect, Certified Master Architect
